Production & Delivery Timeline

Sample Orders

Samples are prepared from stock (standard colors & widths) and shipped within 1 – 2 working days. Custom samples take 3 – 5 working days. Sample cost can be refunded against a bulk order.

Bulk Orders

Production takes 10 – 15 working days after deposit and artwork confirmation (longer for custom logo weaving / printing). Shipping time depends on the chosen method above.

Packaging

Standard Packaging

Each roll individually wrapped in polybag, packed in export cartons with neutral or brand labels. Cartons are strapped and palletized for sea freight to prevent damage.

Custom Packaging

Branded polybags, hang tags, retail-ready packaging, inner boxes and display-ready cartons available on request for retail programs.

30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. Recommended for bulk orders; bank details provided in the PI (Proforma Invoice).

Free protection on orders placed through Alibaba — you only release payment after shipment confirmation. Safest option for new buyers.

Accepted for sample orders and payments under USD 3,000. 4 – 5% transaction fee applies.

Ex Works
You arrange pickup and all shipping from our factory in Yiwu. Lowest product cost.
FOB
Free On Board
We deliver to the departure port (e.g. Ningbo / Shanghai) and bear domestic costs. Most common for sea freight.
CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight
We cover sea freight and insurance to your destination port. Total price per unit, easy to compare.
DDP
Delivered Duty Paid
We handle everything including customs clearance and duties — delivered to your door. True landed cost, no surprises.
