What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For stock items, MOQ is 50 rolls per color/size. For custom production (custom color, width, printing, logo), MOQ is typically 5,000–10,000 meters depending on the material and width. We are flexible for trial orders — contact us with your specific requirement.
Can I get free samples?
Yes, we provide free samples from our stock (you only cover shipping cost). For custom samples (dyed to your Pantone color or with your logo), there is a small sample fee which is refundable on bulk order. Sample lead time: 3–5 days for stock, 7–10 days for custom.
How long is the production lead time?
Stock items: 3–5 days. Custom orders: 7–15 days after sample confirmation, depending on quantity and complexity. Peak season (Sep–Nov) may add 3–5 days.
Can you customize colors, widths and printing?
Yes. We can match any Pantone color. Widths range from 3mm to 100mm. Options include: satin, grosgrain, jacquard woven logo, screen printing, hot stamping/foil, reflective coating, and custom packaging with your brand label.
What materials do you offer?
Polyester (satin & grosgrain), nylon, polypropylene (PP), cotton, elastic/spandex, recycled PET, reflective, metallic, and organza. All materials are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and REACH/RoHS compliant.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C for large orders. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat customers, we can discuss more flexible terms.
How do you ship the goods?
We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air, express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), or your forwarder. For small samples, we recommend express (3–5 days). For bulk orders, sea freight is most economical. We support FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW terms.
What is your quality control process?
We inspect at every stage: incoming yarn → weaving → dyeing → finishing → final packing. AQL 2.5 inspection standard. We can provide pre-shipment inspection photos/videos and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) on request.
How is the product packaged?
Standard: rolled on cardboard tubes, polybag, then export carton. Custom packaging available: brand label, header card, custom box, hang tag, shrink wrap. We can also pack according to your specific requirements.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM. Send us your design, drawing, or sample, and we will produce to your exact specifications. We have been serving brands, bag makers, garment factories and promotional product companies in 60+ countries since 2008.
